Standard window orders typically ship within 5-10 business days upon receipt of payment or credit approval. Custom orders require 4-6 weeks or possibly more depending on the criteria. Lead times vary depending on options. Tentative ship date will be reflected on your order acknowledgement. Ship dates are not guaranteed.
Freight is typically sent collect. We will pass our freight discount on to you. The carrier, if you don’t have an account with them, will contact you to make arrangements and to give you pricing. All orders ship FOB West Chicago, IL. Windows ship via common freight carrier. Parts ship via UPS. Any shortages or damages must be reported to us immediately. DO NOT sign for your shipment until you have thoroughly inspected your item for any damages. Ready Access is not responsible for shipments that are not signed for as damaged upon arrival. Major freight damages to a unit should be refused. Minor freight damage should be signed for as such and reported to Ready Access. Do not let the freight carrier leave until inspection is complete.
A Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) must be obtained by calling or emailing our office within 30 days of shipping. Please have your invoice or packing slip handy when calling for an RGA number. Any returns without an RGA number clearly displayed on the outside of the box will be refused.
Returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Restocking fees for parts and windows are 25% + Damages + Freight and must be approved prior to sending back.
Special/Custom windows are not returnable.
All Ready Access products carry a one year limited warranty from date of installation, but not to exceed eighteen months from date of manufacture. All warranty work must be performed by an authorized Ready Access Service representative. Any service performed by an unauthorized agent during the warranty period or any modifications made to the window by the user will void the warranty. Ready Access has a worldwide service organization.
