All Ready Access products carry a one-year limited warranty from the date of installation, but not to exceed eighteen
months from date of manufacture.
Ready Access will repair and or replace at our discretion any or all of our work that is determined to be defective
in its workmanship or materials within the one year warranty period.
Ordinary operational adjustments, normal wear and tear, or physical abuse, are not covered under this agreement.
All warranty work must be performed by an authorized Ready Access Service Representative. Any service performed
by an unauthorized agent during the warranty period or any modifications made to the window by the user will
void the warranty. Ready Access has a nationwide and international service organization.
