• Special Painted Color Units
  All special painted units are phosphate cleaned and oven dried leaving a perfectly clean clear anodized surface which is used as a primer base. Once dried, the unit is powder coated by a electrostatic process and oven baked leaving a smooth satin finish.
  
  
• Fabrication
  All components are fabricated to Ready Access engineered print specifications. All welding of stainless steel and cold rolled steel meets Ready Access engineered specifications. All cold rolled mechanical components are processed with a zinc clear dichromate finish. Bronze, UHMW and brass material are utilized at all critical wearing points and meet Ready Access engineered specifications. The power unit/system is concealed on the inside of the window. The weather-stripping is factory applied for exacting fit up. The glazing is applied in a uniform manner by trained factory operators. The opening and closing of the windows is set by trained factory operators to prescribed Ready Access engineered specifications. Exterior components are either stainless steel or anodized aluminum.
